What is the overall experience of working with you like. 

Margaret Claire’s Weddings & Events creates personalized weddings that are a reflection of each couple’s unique style, personality and relationship.  We work very closely with our couples from the very beginning to define the goals for their wedding and help build moments and memories through every aspect of their wedding day.   

What sorts of services do you offer (month-of coordination, full-service planning, or à la carte planning)?

Margaret Claire’s Weddings & Events offers full service wedding planning, design, & decor, Bakery, Catering, DJ & Entertainment Services, Floral, and Linens. 

Do you offer different package options or is everything customized based on what a couple is looking for?

 Margaret Claire’s offers package that includes our full service planning, design, and decor. We also offer all inclusive packages to our brides that include our planning, design, decor, wedding dessert from our bakery, catering, DJ Services, floral, and linens.  In other words, just say YES, and we’ll do the rest! 

Do you offer decor to your brides?

 YES! At Margaret Claire’s we believe in the EXTRA. Our packages includes decor from our inventory that will help stage your wedding. We have thousands of pieces, yes we said thousands of pieces to choose from, to style your perfect wedding day. We have just about anything you can think of from vintage furniture to signage that will be the extra on your wedding day that will leave you and your guests speechless. 

Do you work with a team? If so, tell us about them!

YES!  At Margaret Claire’s we are a family of 30 extremely hard working, energetic, artistic, and dedicated dream makers.  Our team is diverse and extremely talented.  We are capable of creating events involving as little as 2 people or as many as thousands.  We each have very important defined roles and we love new challenges.  We believe an event is only as good as it is executed, therefore our team works diligently behind the scenes to ensure that your event will be your best day ever!

Tell us about your communication style/process in interacting with couples throughout the planning process

We take our commitment to couples very seriously and never forget how much people are counting on us. We also pride ourselves on being accessible and involved throughout the entire planning process, which culminates in a seamless experience.  While we are planning a wedding with a bride, we are available for meetings in our office, phone appointments, emails, and welcome texting even as communication method.  Our aim is to make the planning process of your wedding as pleasurable and stress free as possible.  

Anything else you’d like to highlight about your planning services!

At Margaret Claire’s we put an enormous emphasis on quality versus quantity and work very closely with our brides throughout their planning process.  Therefore we only take on a select number of weddings and events each year so we guarantee our clients our full and undivided attention. 

What is your favorite part of planning a wedding?  

Any former Margaret Claire’s bride will tell you that you will often hear your wedding planner say “our job is so much bigger than the wedding”.  One of our favorite things about planning a wedding is the relationships that develop while planning a wedding. When we become a bride’s friend, we subsequently befriend her friends and family. No matter how you become part of the Margaret Claire’s family, we want you to know we are in it for the long haul! We become your biggest cheerleader and will be your friend for life.

Covered Patio

We see most of our couples utilize the covered patio space for cocktail hour following their ceremony. It’s a great spot to set up cocktail tables, or even beautiful lounge furniture to give your guest a relaxing place to hang between your ceremony and reception. The other great thing about this covered space is that it gives our couples an additional backup rain plan for smaller groups! 


We have created our semi-private knoll area to make for the most breathtaking photo spot. Where the natural wooded trees and mossy rocks meet the spectacular views of the Smoky Mountains.

Bridal Suite

Enjoy your morning getting ready with your best friends in our elegant bridal suite. Equipped with your own private deck, vanities for getting ready, and a place to soak up the views of the Smoky Mountains. 

Grand Hall

Give yourself, and your guests, a night to remember with great food, dancing and fun in our amazing indoor/outdoor reception hall. Here’s a peek at our beautiful reception hall here in the Smoky Mountains.
