Guests can be conveniently picked up and dropped off directly from their pre-approved nearby cabins or parkway hotels, ensuring a VIP experience from doorstep to venue. Alternatively, you can opt to utilize our guest parking lot 509 Mill Creek Rd. Pigeon Forge, TN 37863, located just 7 minutes from the venue at the base of the mountains. This option is particularly well-suited for guests who may prefer to drive themselves on your wedding day.

The Elite shuttles carry a maximum of 14 guests per trip. 

To optimize the efficiency of the shuttle service for your guests, Elite recommends one shuttle for events with guest counts of 75 or fewer. For larger gatherings exceeding 80 guests, two shuttles are suggested. The need for a second shuttle may also depend on factors such as guest count, time flexibility, and the number of pick-up locations.
