We recommend booking lodging as soon as you RSVP yes or at least 2-3 months prior to the wedding you’re attending. Shuttle Service
The Magnolia is privately located at the top of a mountain so all guests will be escorted to the venue by a professional shuttle service. We partner exclusively with Elite Event Services for all our wedding day shuttle and transportation needs. While we have a guest parking lot available, they can also coordinate door to door pick up for guests from pre-approved local hotels, cabins and/or our guest parking area. We will work with the wedding couple to determine a customized shuttle schedule for guests. Be sure to check with your hosts on specific details for wedding day.
