We recommend booking lodging as soon as you RSVP yes or at least 2-3 months prior to the wedding you’re attending. Shuttle Service
The Magnolia is privately located at the top of a mountain so all guests will be escorted to the venue by a professional shuttle service. We partner exclusively with Elite Event Services for all our wedding day shuttle and transportation needs. While we have a guest parking lot available, they can also coordinate door to door pick up for guests from local hotels, cabins and/or our guest parking area. We will work with the wedding couple to determine a customized shuttle schedule for guests. Be sure to check with your hosts on specific details for wedding day.

However, for those opting to fly, the McGhee Tyson Airport in Knoxville, TN, is less than an hour away from the wedding venue.
