Then during your virtual tour meeting, we’ll provide additional details about our Open House Events, which give booked couples the amazing opportunity to visit the venue in person, meet vendors, and gather inspiration for their big day!

As a reminder, we are unable to hold dates due to high demand. Therefore, it is possible that your preferred date may get booked prior to being able to see the venue in-person. A large majority of our couples feel confident in booking following their very detailed virtual tour experience, then waiting to explore the venue in-person during the planning process. 

We have found it's best for couples to have a good understanding of their guest count and budget prior to our Zoom meeting. You're newly engaged and we want you to enjoy this time together, but we also know that it's no fun (for you or us) if you fall in love with The Magnolia and the numbers don't work out. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you can conveniently do so online using the link provided in your e-mail confirmation up to 12 hours in advance.
