Our first step is a private, guided virtual tour, which allows us to meet right away, explore the venue space by space and answer your important questions. During the virtual tour, we can schedule a time for you to visit in-person.

Our venue boasts meticulously designed spaces, breathtaking views, an experienced and professional team, and dedicated resources for support and planning. As a reminder, we are unable to hold dates due to high demand. Therefore, it is possible that your preferred date may get booked prior to being able to see the venue in-person. A large majority of our couples feel confident in booking following their very detailed virtual tour, then waiting to explore the venue in-person during the planning process. 

We have found it's best for couples to have a good understanding of their guest count and budget prior to the virtual tour. You're newly engaged and we want you to enjoy this time together, but we also know that it's no fun (for you or us) if you fall in love with The Magnolia on a virtual tour and the numbers don't work out. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you can conveniently do so online using the link provided in your e-mail confirmation up to 12 hours in advance. If you need to reschedule or cancel 12 hours or less from your appointment, please e-mail us at INFO@THEMAGNOLIAVENUE.COM or text us at 865-855-0502, as we may be occupied with another virtual tour and may not be able to answer the phone. If you will be more than 20 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your tour to allow us enough time to get through all of the important information and soak in the amazing views!

During our time together, we will cover everything that is included with your venue rental, investment details and availability (which you'll also receive prior to touring). We will walk through how a wedding day timeline is typically structured, while looking through inspirational photos and videos of The Magnolia intimately designed spaces. Along with experiencing the space in its entirety, we will also cover important information about vendors, lodging, transportation, and logistics to seamlessly bring everything together for your unforgettable mountain top destination wedding!

While you can join the virtual tour from your mobile device, we STRONGLY suggest joining the virtual tour from a desktop computer if possible. You'll want as large of a screen as possible to take in our breathtaking 360° views!
