Team Wedding is your ride-or-die wedding planners and coordinators. We truly care about our couples and their experience. We strive to go above and beyond expectations. We believe every wedding should be unique and customized to each couple so we are comfortable with bucking traditions and finding that desired vibe for each of our couples’ perfect day.
What sorts of services do you offer (month-of coordination, full-service planning, or à la carte planning)?
We have a full service planning and day of coordination packages, but just in case our couples need something a little different we do offer custom packages.
Do you offer different package options or is everything customized based on what a couple is looking for?
Our packages are laid out based on what we have found most couples need, but in case those don’t fit we also do custom packages.

What is your favorite part of planning a wedding?
Seeing the vision come together is my favorite. From the elegantly coordinated table setting to a perfectly timed procession. For us when our couple’s dream becomes a reality, that is just the best!

We put the TEAM in Team Wedding. I have cultivated a group of hard working, passionate, down to earth staff. From our planners and day of coordinators to even our event assistants I feel we have the perfect team to make wedding magic happen.
TELL US ABOUT YOUR COMMUNICATION STYLE/PROCESS IN INTERACTING WITH COUPLES THROUGHOUT THE PLANNING PROCESS
We use an online booking system with a message board to ensure all communication is easily accessible to all parties involved. We pride ourselves with quick and open communication with our clients and wedding vendor friends. During the weekend response time may be a little slower as we are usually at a wedding or event and need to focus on that client, but we will get back to you ASAP.
