Absolute Wedding Perfection

Q&A with Angie Froemel

ContacT: angie_froemel@yahoo.com

What is the overall experience of working with you like.

My background was originally in news producing, so when it comes to making decisions and troubleshooting on the fly, nothing phases me, haha!  I create timelines that are extremely detailed and organized down to the minute (a nod to news rundowns that were planned to the second), and I love making sure my couples’ wedding day runs smoothly and stress-free.

What sorts of services do you offer (month-of coordination, full-service planning, or à la carte planning)?

All of the above!

Do you offer different package options or is everything customized based on what a couple is looking for?

My two most popular options are my directing package or my full-planning package… but I can create a custom package with something in between if brides have already started the planning process, but would like extra help with some of the bigger, local aspects of planning a wedding day.

Do you offer decor to your brides?

No, I just haven’t found that it would be efficient for me to store those things and keep up with all the trends.  But I can certainly point brides in the direction of florists and rental companies that have what they’re looking for!

Do you work with a team? If so, tell us about them!

Yes!  I have multiple, fantastic associate wedding directors that make sure wedding days run smoothly if I am already booked for a specific date.  Plus I often have interns who come along to lend an extra hand!

Tell us about your communication style/process in interacting with couples throughout the planning process

Even my day-of directing package kicks in as soon as a couple books.  There’s no waiting until the month or week of!  I am here (email is best!) throughout the planning process to answer questions, offer recommendations, and update the wedding day timeline many many times leading up to the big day.

Covered Patio

We see most of our couples utilize the covered patio space for cocktail hour following their ceremony. It’s a great spot to set up cocktail tables, or even beautiful lounge furniture to give your guest a relaxing place to hang between your ceremony and reception. The other great thing about this covered space is that it gives our couples an additional backup rain plan for smaller groups!

Knoll

We have created our semi-private knoll area to make for the most breathtaking photo spot. Where the natural wooded trees and mossy rocks meet the spectacular views of the Smoky Mountains.
