What is the overall experience of working with you like. 

What sets me apart from other planners at the Magnolia is my experience. From the very first wedding hosted at the Magnolia, I have been involved in all facets of wedding planning. I am very familiar with the vendors who frequent the venue as well as the many nuances the mountain setting has to offer. I have helped plan, organize, decorate, orchestrate a very diverse number of weddings with a very diverse set of styles. All custom designed to bring the best of this unique setting.

What sorts of services do you offer (month-of coordination, full-service planning, or à la carte planning)?

We offer two different wedding planning packages to fit your needs: Wedding Planning & Day of Coordination.

Do you offer different package options or is everything customized based on what a couple is looking for?

Our Wedding Planning Package is for couples who desire to have full engagement with their vendors and like the flexibility of choosing their wedding details, while utilizing the guidance of our team of professional planners along the way. Our day-of coordination package is for couples that are planning their own event, and would like someone to help apply finishing touches and coordinate the day of your event.

Do you offer decor to your brides?

Yes, I have a large selection of décor to choose from in our wedding planning package.

In my experience, clear and consistent communication is the cornerstone of successful planning. I try to be accessible at all times via phone, email, social media, and texting.

As I mentioned before, my unique experience at the Magnolia is perhaps my greatest asset when it comes to coordinating weddings at this venue. I even met my husband, Tony, at the venue, and we were married at the Magnolia in the Spring of 2020. Tony is the shuttle driver

What is your favorite part of planning a wedding?  

 Weddings are often the most magical moment in a person’s life. I am truly blessed to be able to build relationships with my clients to help make these magical moments a lasting legacy to their marriage.

Covered Patio

We see most of our couples utilize the covered patio space for cocktail hour following their ceremony. It’s a great spot to set up cocktail tables, or even beautiful lounge furniture to give your guest a relaxing place to hang between your ceremony and reception. The other great thing about this covered space is that it gives our couples an additional backup rain plan for smaller groups!
