During your one-on-one Zoom meeting, we’ll focus on your vision, priorities, and any details you’d like to discuss. We’ll also walk through seasonal photos, vendor recommendations, lodging, shuttle service, and logistics to help you seamlessly plan your mountaintop destination wedding. There’s no need to wait to see The Magnolia - you can tour it right now! Our comprehensive virtual tour video gives you an inside look at the venue immediately, allowing you to explore the spaces, amenities, and all the details that make The Magnolia special.
Then during your virtual tour meeting, we’ll provide additional details about our Open House Events, which give booked couples the amazing opportunity to visit the venue in person, meet vendors, and gather inspiration for their big day!

Securing Your Date
A signed online Agreement and Date Deposit of 50% of the total is required to secure your dream wedding date at The Magnolia. Due to high demand, dates book quickly and we are unable to hold dates.
Starting with our virtual tour video allows you to experience the venue instantaneously and connect with our team right away, giving you the option to reserve your ideal wedding date before it's gone. Many couples find that the virtual tour provides everything they need to confidently book, knowing they can visit in person at a later time if desired.
